All order are custom made, therefor allow 3-6 weeks before shipment. The item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships and will be provided with tracking details.
Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window. We will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.
Dani and the Rings accepts most major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
USPS Priority Mail: Free for every order.
USPS Priority Mail Express: $30 flat fee.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Dani and the Rings, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Dani and the Rings. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If you have any questions please contact us before placing your order.
Items purchased on DaniandtheRings.com may be returned for return or exchange within 7 days from when you receive your order.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging (Dani and the Rings gift box and/or pouch).
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment.
If you should experience the need for repair on any Dani and the Rings jewelry item please contact us. Please reference your Name, Order Number and Repair Issue.
Dani and the Rings will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 60 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 60 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
